Life
Life can be dark.
Life will blind you.
Life can devastate you.
Life will hurt you.
But you can’t give up.
Nothing will matter if you do.
Life has so many downfalls,
But just looking at the shadow
We will never see the sun*.
So, instead of looking at the hurt,
The pain, the sorrow,
The devastation that comes with life,
Look at all the good things.
Look at the good things that come from the bad.
Life is only as bad as you let it get in your mind.
If you make things bad in your mind, it will be bad.
God is with you.
He loves you.
He won’t leave you, nor will He forsake you.
So, maybe someday, we’ll understand,
And follow that reasoning.
That He is everywhere,
In everything.
No matter what, look at something,
See the beauty.
See the Creator through the Creation.
And you’ll find that after a time,
You’ll never notice the bad things as much, if at all.
You’ll see the wonderous beauty of everything, and realize,
That someone does love you.
Life isn’t that bad.
Don’t let it get you down.

Amen. Awesome. Yes life can be unfair and hard but with God there is always a purpose and beauty in the walk as long as we focus on God and His will. Remember Jesus prays for us and gave us the Holy Spirit.

DeleteThis is a great perspective and I still can’t figure out how to take it off anonymous. This is aunt Ruth. I hope you always keep this perspective on life and remember God is with us every step of the way and walks before us. What a beautiful outlook and a positive way to look at life. hard times come and go. Good times come and go. But God remains steady.
